Hatching Young Readers' Library Grants | | Hatching Young Readers supports local libraries. Every month we will celebrate a town library by presenting a grant from Hatching Young Readers and Nellie's Nest Cage Free Eggs to help the library to expand their children's book collection. Local libraries provide an important resource to our children for expanding their imaginations and knowledge by exploring all genres of literature.
To support the Hatching Young Readers Library Grants program, we will hold events that celebrate reading. Last fall, Nellie’s Nest Cage-Free Eggs and Hatching Young Readers brought nationally-known songwriter, storyteller, author and educator Bill Harley to the Monroe NH Town Hall. Bill performed a family concert of songs, stories and humor. Check back soon to find out about upcoming events!
The Monroe Public Library Monroe, NH
We are very excited to "hatch" our library grants program! We kicked off the program with grants to our local library, the Monroe Public Library, and to the library at our local school, The Monroe Consolidated School.

The Monroe Public library is nestled in the middle of the quaint little village of Monroe, NH, a town with a population of around 800 residents. The library is a wonderful resource for the community and features a wonderful, cheerfully painted children’s room upstairs filled with books and magazines for all levels of readers. To find out more about our town library please go to our town website for library events and happenings.
